The takeover process of the retail group Aldeasa was finalised in 2005 with the sale of the company to a consortium made up of Altadis and Autogrill. This story was front page in the business media for months. There were three competitive bids to buy Aldeasa, with each consortia positioning their offer and dragging politics into the process. As a result there were several hearings and parliamentary inquiries around the sale. Dédalo was responsible for the design and implementation of the communications strategy and positioning of Aldeasa.
